We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Head of Finance to lead our finance team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is crucial in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence globally.

Location: Spain (remote)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy, forecast trends, and plan long-term financial goals. Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee compliance, and manage relationships with auditors and regulators.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, investments, and financing decisions. Negotiate funding with financial institutions.
• Advise the CEO and board on financial implications of business decisions, including M&A opportunities.
