Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Regional Team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's data architecture, including data models, databases, data integration, and data security. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure the data architecture aligns with business and technical requirements. This role involves internal projects and external client projects.

Responsibilities :

1. Design and develop data models, database schemas, and data integration solutions.
2. Understand data requirements by working with stakeholders and data analysts, then design appropriate data architecture.
3. Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
4. Implement data security and privacy measures, including access controls and encryption.
5. Optimize database performance and scalability through tuning and hardware recommendations.
6. Create and maintain data migration and integration processes.
7. Maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and data quality rules.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and recommend improvements.
9. Ensure data architecture aligns with the organization's IT strategy by collaborating with IT teams.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming in Python or Java.
• Experience with REST API interfaces.
• Knowledge of data governance and data lineage.
• Experience in designing and implementing data security and privacy controls.
• Experience with data migration and data integration projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Understanding of healthcare industry data standards and data models.
