The Role : Senior Data & Analytics Manager (EMEA ANZ)

Location : Remote (Barcelona or Warsaw)

Who You Are

You are a proactive data and analytics leader with a talent for translating numbers into strategic insights. You thrive in a remote environment, excel at developing digital analytics strategies, and drive impactful business decisions. You are agile, precise, and collaborative, eager to deliver meaningful insights.

Note: This role operates within CET hours and does not support visa sponsorships.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and align analytics strategies with stakeholders, establishing KPIs and leveraging data layers.
  • Lead campaign analytics, working with agencies to build attribution models and enhance data visualizations and reporting.
  • Manage event tracking and pixel audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Define and oversee campaign naming conventions across markets.
  • Create dashboards in Data Studio, provide training, and collaborate on visualizations.
  • Develop reports for internal insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Balance hands-on analytics work with strategic planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including digital, e-commerce, insights, and branding.
  • Utilize Google Analytics for data analysis, training, and presentations.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests for leadership and regional teams.
  • Lead analytics training, especially for non-digital teams, and contribute to regional Digital Summits.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in digital and marketing analytics, with skills in managing cross-channel campaigns and proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Knowledgeable in digital display, paid media, and familiar with platforms like Datorama, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Capable of designing dashboards, especially in Data Studio, and providing insights to optimize ROI.
  • Understanding of brand fundamentals, GDPR, data privacy, SEO, CRO, UX, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communicator with leadership skills, able to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations; fluent in English and preferably another European language.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
