Formación

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Analyste de Données.

About the position

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be part of an exceptional team of over 30 SQL and data visualization specialists. Our Data Analytics department is organized around 11 problem spaces that mirror the structure of the entire company, ensuring that every decision we make at Cabify is data-driven.

In your day-to-day role, you'll work in a multidisciplinary squad with disciplines such as Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations. We follow agile methodologies within each analytics group and foster an environment of knowledge and resource sharing among the department.

If you're passionate about managing large volumes of data, you'll be delighted to know we leverage two data warehouses, Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift, to perform intensive analysis and maximize operational efficiency.

We work with one of the largest Tableau Server platforms in Europe, sharing analysis, visualizations, and Self Service Data Sources, making data accessible across the company.

You will :

Lead technical data projects to enhance analytics capabilities through functions such as:

• Perform efficient SQL queries on large-scale data warehouses.
• Define ETL processes and abstract data models using Airflow.
• Document and maintain code and queries in Gitlab.
• Design analytics reports with Tableau or PowerBI to communicate results and monitor KPIs.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to inform future projects and provide actionable insights.
• Define KPIs and present findings to teams and senior management to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to define and design data solutions.
• Assist in designing new features with product managers and engineers, providing data insights and measuring performance.
• Create Data Sources for organization-wide use, enabling trusted data exploration.

Our ideal candidate has :

• Strong alignment with our principles.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
• Product Analytics experience with tools like Amplitude, Datadog, or Mixpanel.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas is a plus.
