Your responsibilities:

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions within the logistics industry.

Major / Key Accountabilities:

1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
3. Solution Development: Develop and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of solutions and alignment with business goals.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making, developing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes, increase efficiency, and drive operational excellence.
7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
8. Process Improvement: Successful identification and implementation of process improvements, measured by efficiency gains and cost savings.
9. Requirements Accuracy: Quality and accuracy of requirements documentation, as measured by stakeholder feedback and project success.

Qualifications:

1. Profound knowledge about Business Process Analysis.
2. Profound knowledge of Requirements Gathering and Documentation.
3. Profound knowledge about Solution Development.
4. Profound knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting.
5. Proven experience in business analysis within a tech organization, preferably in the logistics industry.

Experience:

1. Extensive experience in conducting business process analysis and developing improvement initiatives.
2. Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
3. Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements accurately and effectively.
4. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful business solutions.
5. Strong background in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
6. Proven track record in providing training and support to end-users for new systems and processes.
7. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is highly desirable.
