Our company is seeking a high-performing leader to join our Data & AI engineering team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in building and growing our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and quality
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Identify and address skill gaps within the team
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities
• Monitor and report on team performance using metrics such as DORA and OKRs

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
