Indra Space in Madrid is seeking a senior systems engineer to lead complex, safety‑critical space projects. You will apply systems engineering across the lifecycle, define verification strategies, and architect hardware and software to satisfy DAL requirements.

The candidate should have DO‑178C/DO‑254 experience, MBSE with Capella/EA, and use DOORS, JIRA, and MATLAB. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and prepare certification‑ready technical documentation in English.

Formación

• 5+ years leading complex technical projects.
• Solid background in systems engineering for safety-critical products.
• Familiarity with DO-178C/DO-254 and DAL requirements.
• Experience with MBSE tools and requirements management.
• Proficient in English and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Apply systems engineering across the full lifecycle, including requirement definition, allocation, and traceability.
• Define high-level verification and validation strategies and report results.
• Architect hardware and software solutions to ensure DAL compliance.
• Ensure alignment with aeronautical and space regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and synchronize engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support development and certification.
