dsm-firmenich in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Expert for D&T Workforce Management & Planning to shape and scale workforce planning across Platforms/Projects. You will govern frameworks, drive capacity forecasts, and translate portfolio demand into actionable resource implications.

With 8–10 years in workforce/portfolio planning within large IT/Digital settings, you’ll enable teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to governance and measurement of planning maturity across the

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource management, portfolio management, PMO, or strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve D&T workforce planning frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Supports the D&T workforce planning cycle, coordinating capacity reviews, demand consolidation, workforce forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Enable D&T teams to adopt and consistently apply workforce planning practices through guidance, training, coaching, and effective use of planning tools.
• Support translation of portfolio demand into workforce implications and scenarios.
• Guide prioritization and highlight cross-platform capacity and capability risks.
• Enable workforce governance forums and ensure transparency of workforce allocation.
• Provide consolidated, decision-ready insights on capacity, utilization, and gaps.
• Drive consistent KPIs, data models and continuous improvement of workforce data management & quality.
• Ensure alignment between workforce plans, budgets, and investment planning.
• Act as SME to elevate resource management and workforce planning maturity across D&T
