dsm-firmenich in Barcelona seeks a Lead Expert GES MDM Processes to own the design, standards and harmonization of Master Data Management processes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with business, IT, MDM Services and ERP teams to ensure scalable, compliant processes across regions.

As the highest-level contributor in the MDM Process stream, you will lead workshops, manage work packages and champion continuous improvement in a multinational environment. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly Master Data objects within your area of expertise.
• Experience in process modeling and process design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective and scalable MDM processes and solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, drive decisions and independently manage work packages.
• A collaborative, open and inclusive mindset and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and across different cultures.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own MDM processes aligned with policies and standards.
• Ensure MDM processes meet business requirements and are validated by stakeholders.
• Maintain process docs per standards; support audits.
• Support M&A and IT projects, defining MDM setup for ERP.
• Lead work packages; facilitate design workshops.
• Collaborate with MDM Tech Solutions to implement via Informatica.
• Collaborate with IT to implement MDM in SAP backend.
• Collaborate with MDM Services to implement changes and provide 3rd-level support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain dialogue with stakeholders and MDM Services to identify improvements.
• Keep docs and data assets, incl. data catalog, up to date.
