The Senior Customer and Marketing Insights Manager will own guest reporting, insight and data storytelling. With a strong focus on engagement and retention, footfall, Sales Per Visit & Sales. This manager will drive a new approach to how we bring to life guest insight at both Spanish Villages.

What you will be doing

  • You will set up a new centre of excellence in knowledge, insight, data & analysis within the new Guest (customer) Knowledge and Engagement team at La Roca Village & Las Rozas Village
  • You will own & drive the guest knowledge & insight strategy and execution
  • You will be responsible for running data analysis and reporting on the key metrics that drive the programmes within Guest Knowledge and Engagement
  • You will drive use of guest insight across all village teams to inform decision making
  • You will explore innovative opportunities within guest knowledge, insight and data, identifying opportunities to continually leverage value and opportunity and partner with Central GKE & Central / local IT colleagues.

  • Experience using data and BI tools such as PowerBI as well as substantial experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leading an insights function within retail and / or a luxury brand environment
  • Ability to strategically set priorities and deliver success against key metrics
  • Proven success of delivering success in a matrixed multinational organisation
  • Healthy mix of creative and analytical thinking in order to deliver innovative and engaging approaches to data storytelling that will enable everyone to drive guest centric business results
  • Hands-on profile and strong communicator
  • Highly organised with a high attention to detail and excellent project management skills
