Descripción del empleo

We're looking for a brilliant mind with a warm soul that can help us on our journey.

About us

We're Camping, a small-but-mighty brand storytelling & video agency based in Barcelona, helping B2B tech companies transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand & video storytelling.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a freelancer, part-time or full-time Account Manager to help us continue scaling while a team member is going on a maternity leave.

Have we mentioned we're trialing a 4-day workweek?

The role

We're seeking an organized, client-focused Account Manager who thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with brand goals. You’ll handle end-to-end project management, from translating client briefs into actionable strategies to overseeing content production and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

This role is a 6-month full-time involvement and as a replacement for a maternity leave. However, at our current growth rate there's a chance that this position becomes permanent.

We're also open to freelancers or part-time collaborators if they're the right fit.

Core responsibilities

Client Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or feedback.

Communicate effectively with clients, presenting ideas and gathering insights to ensure expectations are met.

Creative Briefing and Strategy Development :

Lead the process of gathering and clarifying client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable creative briefs.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between the client's needs and the agency’s creative vision.

Ensure the creative concepts are on-brand and aligned with the client’s overall marketing strategy.

Research and report on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and social media best practices

Project management

Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring goals and timelines are met.

Oversee project progress, foresee potential blockers or opportunities, and keep clients and creatives informed.

Create detailed project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables.

Act as a liaison between the client and creative team, offering guidance on project direction while maintaining the integrity of the creative concept.

Team coordination and workflow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Director, Producer, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator) to align on project workflow and objectives.

Review final assets (videos, graphics, animations) to ensure they meet both client expectations and agency standards.

Lead retrospective sessions to improve collaboration and output.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

3+ years of proven experience in managing client accounts and projects, with expertise in full-funnel video campaigns and multi-channel content.

We require candidates for this position to be proficient in English, both written and spoken. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess an excellent English level, as it is a mandatory requirement and we will be testing for it.

Familiarity with video production and digital marketing trends

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to balance client needs with protecting the creative process

Strong communication and client management skills

The Perfect Fit Will Also Have

Specific experience with B2B Saas scaleups, be it in-house or as a service provider.

Deep understanding of video production processes (both live action and motion design)

A passion for digital marketing and advertising trends

Interest in leveraging AI for both operational and creative purposes.

Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management

Experience with remote team management.

You're highly organized, keeping projects on track and anticipating challenges before they arise.

You enjoy fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth communication

You’re up-to-date with the latest industry trends and enjoy researching new developments in digital marketing

You’re comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality

You're passionate about solving challenges and help creative people do their best work
