Jobgether, partnering with a cutting-edge SaaS product, seeks a Fractional Paid Media Specialist based in Spain. You will drive demand generation across paid channels, focusing on high-intent search and developer tools, leveraging automation and AI-driven workflows to scale campaigns.

Collaborating with the Growth team, you will own campaign structure, testing, optimization, and ROI. This remote-friendly role supports flexible hours and autonomous ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong Google Ads Search campaign experience and optimization skills
• Experience with SaaS or developer/audience targeting and analytics
• Proficient in tracking, attribution, testing, and landing page optimization
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing workflows
• Ability to work independently in a fractional, fast-paced environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads is a plus
• Comfort with using AI for research, copy, and workflow optimization

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end PPC performance across Google Search, LinkedIn, Reddit and other channels
• Develop paid media strategies focused on high-intent acquisition and ROI
• Design campaign structures, bidding, and budget allocation for scale
• Run structured A/B tests for creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
• Leverage AI tools to streamline management, reporting, and optimization
• Apply LLM-based research for keyword discovery and creative ideation
• Monitor metrics, build forecasts, and provide actionable growth insights
• Collaborate with Growth to align paid media with product goals
• Identify new channels and opportunities for expansion
• Maintain high ownership and autonomy in campaign execution
