We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join our evolving marketing team. If you excel in generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic support
2. Improve and develop marketing creative strategies for various ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
3. Translate insights into actionable plans that resonate with our target audience.
4. Innovate using new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance creative output.
5. Generate fresh, user-centric creative ideas and write briefs.
6. Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance to optimize metrics.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and insights.
8. Share feedback and best practices with the team; mentor less experienced members.

Strong management

1. Manage full-cycle creative production from idea to implementation.
2. Motivate the team to achieve optimal results.
3. Plan and prioritize workload and tasks.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve processes and efficiency.

Required professional skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
• Proven success in ideation and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks.
• Experience creating UGC and storytelling content, with persuasive direct response writing.
• Track record of exceeding marketing KPIs and generating high-performing creative concepts.
• Strong skills in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Empathetic team development abilities fostering growth and success.
• Confident presentation skills with the ability to explain creative choices clearly.
• Effective communication to build stakeholder trust.
• Autonomous and proactive work style.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Additional helpful qualities:

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends and algorithms.
• Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT for ad creation and iteration.
• Deep understanding of trends in health and fitness sectors.
• Experience with subscription apps and mobile advertising markets.
