As our marketing team evolves, we are seeking a Senior Creative Producer. If you're an expert in generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic support:

• Improve and develop marketing creative strategies across ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
• Translate insights into audience-resonant actions.
• Innovate using new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Generate user-centric creative ideas and write briefs.
• Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance to optimize metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform solutions.
• Share feedback and best practices; mentor team members.

Strong management:

• Manage full-cycle creative production, from idea to implementation.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve high-quality results.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Required professional skills include:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
• Proficiency in ideation and execution on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
• Experience creating UGC, storytelling content, and persuasive communication.
• Proven ability to generate creative concepts that outperform benchmarks and meet KPIs.
• Strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Empathetic team development skills fostering growth and success.
• Confidence in presenting work and explaining creative choices.
• Effective communication skills to build stakeholder trust.
• Ability to operate proactively and independently.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Additional helpful qualities:

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends and features.
• Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.
• Awareness of trends in health and fitness verticals.
• Experience with subscription apps and mobile advertising markets.
• Genuine passion for wellness and health tech.
