We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join our marketing team. If you excel at generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Support: Develop and improve marketing creative strategies across ad networks like Facebook, TikTok, and Google. Translate insights into actionable campaigns, innovate with new tools and methodologies, generate user-centric creative ideas, analyze performance metrics, conduct market research, and share best practices while mentoring team members.
• Strong Management: Oversee full-cycle creative production from concept to implementation, motivate the team, manage workload, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
• Proven expertise in ideation and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks.
• Experience in creating UGC, storytelling content, and persuasive direct response communication.
• Track record of generating creative concepts that outperform benchmarks and achieve KPIs.
• Strong background in performance marketing driven by analytics.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Empathetic team development skills fostering growth and success.
• Confident presentation skills and ability to articulate creative reasoning.
• Effective communication skills to build stakeholder trust.
• Autonomous and proactive work style.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Additional Preferred Qualities:

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends and algorithms.
• Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT for ad creation and iteration.
• Awareness of trends in the health and fitness industry.
• Experience with subscription apps and mobile advertising markets.
• Genuine passion for wellness and health tech.
