Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar.
• Proven excellence in ideation across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

As our marketing team evolves, we are seeking a Senior Creative Producer. If you excel at generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic support:
2. Enhance marketing creative strategies across ad networks like Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
3. Translate insights into audience-resonant actions.
4. Innovate with new tools and methodologies to improve creative output.
5. Develop fresh, user-centric creative ideas and write briefs.
6. Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance to optimize metrics.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform solutions.
8. Share feedback and best practices, mentoring less experienced team members.

Strong management:

1. Oversee full-cycle creative production from concept to implementation.
2. Motivate the team to achieve optimal results.
3. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload effectively.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Required skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
2. Proven excellence in ideation and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks.
3. Experience creating UGC and storytelling content, with persuasive direct response writing.
4. Track record of outperforming benchmarks and achieving KPIs.
5. Strong analytical skills in performance marketing.
6. Excellent project and time management abilities.
7. Empathetic team development skills fostering growth and success.
8. Confident presentation skills with clear rationale behind creative choices.
9. Effective communication to build stakeholder trust.
10. Autonomous and proactive work style.
11. Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Additional helpful qualities:

1. Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends and features.
2. Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT for ad creation and iteration.
3. Deep awareness of trends in health and fitness sectors.
4. Experience with subscription apps and mobile advertising markets.
5. A genuine passion for wellness and health tech.
