We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join our marketing team. If you excel at generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support
2. Enhance marketing creative strategies across ad networks like Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
3. Translate insights into targeted actions.
4. Innovate using new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
5. Develop fresh, user-centric creative ideas and write briefs.
6. Analyze UA results and creatives' performance to optimize metrics.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform industry trends and insights.
8. Provide feedback and share best practices; mentor less experienced team members.

Required Professional Skills:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
• Proficiency in ideation and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks.
• Experience in creating UGC and storytelling content, with persuasive direct response communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate creative concepts that outperform benchmarks and meet KPIs.
• Strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Empathetic team development skills fostering growth and success.
• Confident presentation skills with the ability to justify creative choices.
• Effective communication to build stakeholder trust.
• Autonomous and proactive work style.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Additional Qualities:

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends, and algorithms is a plus.
• Ability to use AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT for ad creation and iteration.
• Awareness of trends within the health and fitness vertical.
• Experience with subscription apps and mobile advertising markets.
