Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Corporate Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal guidance and support to our business units, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly considered in our decision-making processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and review. You will be responsible for providing legal advice on project finance, structured finance, and corporate finance, as well as managing national and international law firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal support and guidance to various departments within the company.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for land agreements, grid connection, equipment supply agreements, project finance, EPC, O&M, PPA, etc.
• Supporting projects on project finance, structured finance, and corporate finance.
• Corporate law management.

Requirements

• Degree in Law.
• Master\'s Degree in Business Legal Advice (máster en asesoría jurídica de empresas) is a plus.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Over 3 years of experience in a reputable law firm / international law firm.
• Full command of English.
