Job summary

Cronoshare.Com is seeking an accomplished Abogado Senior specializing in Derecho Laboral for a fully remote position. You will advise on all aspects of Spanish labor law for a diverse international client base, focusing on contracts, collective bargaining, and compliance from your home office.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience in employment law, fluency in Spanish, and are eligible for Spanish Bar admission.

Qualifications

• Law degree (Grado en Derecho) with specialization in Labor Law.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in Spanish employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores and collective agreements.
• Proven experience in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
• Membership in a Spanish Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados) is required.
• Remote work capability with strong self-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on Spanish employment law to clients across sectors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and policies.
• Advise on disciplinary procedures, terminations, and redundancy processes.
• Represent clients in labor litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations including working time, health and safety, and equal opportunity.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on complex matters.
• Assist with reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions from an employment law perspective.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on employment law topics to client HR departments.
• Support clients with compliance in cross-border employment matters.
