Job summary

KCS IT is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform MS Copilot Enablement Engineer for full remote work (from Ukraine, CEE, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan). The role focuses on Copilot Studio design, governance and enablement for citizen developers and business users, with CET-aligned hours and a daily rate of €200–€250.

International projects and client variety await. You will lead deployments, provide training materials, and ensure scalable, secure environments across Power Platform

Qualifications

• Advanced experience designing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for Citizen Developers and non-technical business users.
• Knowledge of low-code architecture, governance and security best practices.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio agents with business systems using connectors and APIs.
• Ability to design scalable and secure Copilot Studio environments.
• Experience providing technical guidance and support to business users, including troubleshooting complex agent configurations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating training materials, step-by-step guides, workshops and technical documentation.
• Ability to define agent lifecycles, from initial design and deployment to governance and maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
