Contract: Freelance; initial assignment of a few months, with potential to continue longer term

Start: Flexible

Languages: English required; at least conversational German required

Focus: Implementation and support, with approximately 20% of the role dedicated to governance

We are looking for a Copilot and Power Platform Consultant who can help deliver and support solutions integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hands-on functional role: the main priority is implementation and ongoing support, alongside a defined focus on Power Platform and Copilot governance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Copilot and Power Platform solutions connected to D365.
• Work with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Assess how proposed solutions interact with existing D365 processes and data.
• Establish and improve governance practices for Power Platform and Copilot, including oversight of how solutions are built, used and maintained.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide support as needed.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the teams that will use and maintain them.
• Hands-on experience delivering Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform or Copilot solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong functional understanding: able to assess business needs, explain solution choices and work effectively with users.
• Practical experience with governance for Power Platform and Copilot, not solely implementation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance engagement.
• Professional English and at least conversational German.

Useful Additional Experience

• Supporting deployed solutions as well as implementing new ones.
• Working across both functional and technical stakeholders.
• Experience shaping governance practices while remaining hands-on with delivery.
