Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced AI developer to design, build and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI. The role focuses on building AI agents, grounding strategies and enterprise integrations in a remote, long-term engagement.

You will design topics and flows, implement authentication and security controls, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building agents and conversational solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Strong experience with Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via custom connectors, plugins, REST APIs and MCP.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM grounding strategies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Azure AI services.
• DevOps and ALM for Power Platform solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for an experienced developer to design, build and deploy conversational and agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI.

What you’ll do:

• Build AI agents and extend Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
• Design custom topics, entities, conversation flows, escalation paths and Adaptive Cards.
• Develop agent actions using Power Automate, custom plugins and connectors.
• Integrate agents with enterprise applications, internal APIs and third-party systems.
• Configure knowledge sources and grounding using SharePoint, Dataverse and search services.
• Implement authentication, access controls and data loss prevention policies.
• Support testing, troubleshoot issues and manage deployments across development, test and production environments.
• Produce technical documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required experience:

• Hands-on experience building agents and conversational solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through custom connectors, plugins, REST APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM grounding strategies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Azure AI services.
• DevOps and application lifecycle management experience for Power Platform solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Technical stack:

Nice to have:

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Multi-channel agent deployments across Teams, web applications and portals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities and OAuth 2.0.
• Relational database skills.
• Relevant Microsoft AI, Copilot or Power Platform certifications.
