Job summary

Greenvolt Next Holding seeks a Contract Senior Manager to safeguard contractual and commercial interests across large EPC and PPA projects. You will advise the CEO DG, Country Manager and Project Director, interpret obligations, manage variances and claims, and coordinate risk management across DG BU's.

You will lead contract interpretation, draft correspondence, coordinate variation proposals, defend claims, and train teams on contractual awareness. Based in Madrid or Lisbon with 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in contract and commercial management for large EPC and PPA projects.
• 2+ languages beyond English are a plus for international work.
• Experience with IFRS 16 rules is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value contracts and complex claims in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contracts and subcontracts; advise Project Director and teams on rights, obligations and risk.
• Draft and coordinate contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead variation proposals (RFPs) and value engineering proposals (VEPs) with clarity and compliance.
• Develop and defend claims, including EOT and related entitlements.
• Maintain records to support variation and claim substantiation.
• Educate teams on contractual obligations and best practices.
• Own and coordinate Risk & Opportunities process across DG BU's.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and management plans.
• Interface with legal, engineering, construction, clients and subcontractors.
