Sacyr is seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Manager to oversee contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and commercial risk across major projects. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in contract management within EPC or large-scale infrastructure, with strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of contract management experience in EPC or large infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; MBA/CPM/APICS advantageous

Responsibilities

• Represent client's contractual interests with suppliers and PM support
• Monitor variations, change management, and claims avoidance
• Ensure alignment of contractual obligations with project execution
• Provide commercial reporting and risk mitigation across interfaces
• Maintain compliance with EH&S, legal, engineering standards
