Job summary

Sacyr is seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Manager to act on behalf of the client, ensuring effective contract administration, stakeholder management, supplier coordination, risk mitigation and commercial protection across project delivery. The role leads communications, variations, and dispute processes with project teams to ensure objectives are met safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Engineering.
• MBA or professional certifications (CPM, APICS) are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Contract Management on large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client’s contractual interests and interface with suppliers.
• Lead contract administration, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and manage risks.
• Coordinate with project leadership to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure governance, EH&S, legal, and financial standards are followed.
