About the Role : Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in Healthcare

As a Senior Analyst within BCG's Healthcare Practice Area (HCPA), you will work in a growing global team, providing Biopharma expertise and insights. Your responsibilities include supporting case and proposal teams with analysis, expert advisory, and knowledge assets, serving as a thought partner and content expert to help structure and solve complex issues.

You will also support the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Biopharma Commercial business, assist in commercialization efforts, and collaborate on marketing, conferences, and publications. Additionally, you will help onboard, train, and guide junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

A key aspect of your role will be to develop, expand, and commercialize proprietary Biopharma Commercial datasets and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate relevant research and analytical approaches in Biopharma Commercial to solve client problems.
• Collaborate effectively in virtual and dynamic team environments using agile methodologies.
• Leverage 2+ years of consulting experience in Biopharma Commercial and Generics, or 3+ years of industry experience as a business analyst or brand manager, with profound knowledge of the Spanish pharma market and healthcare system. Knowledge of other European markets is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Work with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to clients, leveraging proprietary assets, data, and insights.
• Deliver tailored research and insights using qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including commercial data, public sources, industry research, macro-economic, commodities, and trade data.
