Una importante consultora busca un Project Manager para liderar proyectos de transformación tecnológica. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la gestión de proyectos del sector público, habilidades de liderazgo y fluidez en español. Se ofrece un ambiente dinámico y la oportunidad de influir en decisiones clave que impactan en los negocios de los clientes.

Formación

  • Fluidez en español es obligatoria.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en gestión de proyectos de tecnología.
  • Experiencia con clientes del sector público o entidades adyacentes es requerida.

  • Responsabilidad global de la entrega de proyectos, gestionando planificación y ejecución.
  • Liderar y gestionar un equipo de recursos altamente cualificados.
  • Participar en el proceso de preventa articulando la propuesta de valor del proyecto.

Descripción del empleo

  • Overall Ownership of a project delivery, representing Microsoft towards the customer in all matters concerning the specific project delivery.
  • Creates excitement and inspires commitment / buy-in from the customer for transformation engagements.
  • Leads and manages the planning, execution, and outcomes of complex transformational projects using the appropriate Project Management Framework and Methodologies.
  • Implements project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure effective delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Leads, directs, and oversees a team of highly skilled resources working across multiple workstreams and / or projects to plan, execute, and coordinate activities.
  • Advises on and escalates project decisions that affect significant business impact and performance to the agreed governance forums and identifies decisions that cannot be resolved.
  • Leads cross-team and third-party collaborations— influencing without authority and leveraging the strength of diverse teams.

Internal Responsibilities :

  • Ownership of all relevant performance metrics related to a specific project delivery.
  • Inspires and motivates the team to perform at their best.
  • Knowledgeable about all our consulting services and proactively seeks ways to provide value to our clients and establish strong relationships across service lines.
  • Participates in the pre-sales process and can articulate the business value proposition associated with the project or change in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Manages any commercial aspects of the project, ensuring financial integrity and predictability.
  • Enhances people performance and potential by providing effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring to all levels of seniority across a project.
  • Investigates and proactively shares intellectual property (IP) and provides suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications (Text Only)

  • Mandatory business fluency in Spanish language.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale technology consulting projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with public sector customers or adjacent entities.
  • Core project management skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, senior stakeholder communications, and risk management.
  • Leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting to a variety of audiences, including those at a C-suite level.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Confident with Agile and Waterfall delivery practices; Agile certification is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
