Our largest service line SAP with over 100 employees is expanding and continuing the worldwide SAP rollouts.

We are growing with our SAP framework and are taking off on our digital journey to use the newest S/4 HANA features to optimize and enhance our global template.

To set the foundation and ensure Sika's success on our digital journey, we are looking in Madrid, Alcobendas, for a professional and highly technical Senior Consultant Solution / Architect.

In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment that, together with external partners, will perform rollouts in record time. Your main tasks will include leading project teams and delivering solutions based on our global template.

1. Work as a Senior Consultant Solution / Architect for SAP MDGM / MDGS & SAP Migration Cockpit and Master Data Management Tools (e.g., Fiori Apps, Business Partner, LSMW), taking responsibility for these applications.
2. Design solutions supporting Sika business teams on a global, template-oriented basis.
3. Work with the latest technologies based on our S/4 HANA system in a global team, including integration with non-SAP applications.
4. Provide application support activities such as investigating and resolving incidents and change requests from our global Master Data Management team.
5. Manage integration of Master Data with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Ariba, Byd, SRM).
6. Identify business opportunities and deliver tangible, measurable business value by collaborating with stakeholders and promoting standardized global master data solutions.
7. Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies, including data migration, training, testing, and go-live processes.
8. Coordinate with S/4 HANA teams on functional and integration topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience configuring or implementing SAP MDG solutions, SAP Migration Cockpit, and/or Fiori-based master data tools.
• Detailed knowledge of master data processes and architecture, with the ability to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong technical understanding and experience with master data management tools (e.g., MDGM, MDGS, LSMW, BRF, SAP BP).
• Project experience from 3 successful SAP projects in roles such as project manager, functional lead, or functional consultant.
• Proactive, structured, and capable of driving initiatives from start to finish.
• Debugging skills in ABAP, with experience in EDI and IDOC interfaces for sales order processing (asset).
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working in virtual teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Business-fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
