We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements supporting large-scale global transformation programs in areas such as :

• HR Technology : explore alternatives to recommended solutions, design, plan, and implement solutions to ensure effective process transformation and new model deployment.
• HR Transformation : define the HR Target Operating Model—processes, policies, technology, service delivery models, and procedures of HR departments in line with best practices and trends, and create the business case.
• HR Strategy : define HR strategies to deliver value to the business, enhance reputation, and minimize risk with key stakeholders and government. Lead and manage HR strategic transformation programs, driving performance and value through workforce insights & HR reporting.

The successful candidate will be expected to :

• Work on Workday system implementation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to optimize human capital management processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate should have :

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2-3 years of consulting experience in HR Technology Project Implementations or Technology Services Support.
• Experience in implementing Workday HCM; recruiting certification is a plus.
