A leading company in network and voice connectivity is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to provide insights and operational performance data analysis. The role includes recommending process changes, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering customer-specific reports. Ideal candidates should have solid backgrounds in data science, advanced analytics, and experience with tools like Python and SQL.
Conduct descriptive analysis, generate insights, manage and implement projects, and contribute to the creation of reports and management information.

Role Purpose :
Provide Operational Performance Data Insights and Analysis by delivering Timely Inputs / Recommendation for Improvement in Business processes and Customer experience.
