Descripción del empleo

Support access and technology topics across the full user lifecycle within SAP products (on-premise and cloud).

Create, maintain, and realize SAP authorization, access, and compliance concepts.

Perform housekeeping tasks in various SAP systems (adjust roles, ensure compliance with authorization concepts).

Optimize operational processes and tools within the SAP user lifecycle (user, role, object, security management).

Support internal and external audits.

Lead parts of projects related to SAP user and authorizations.

Provide consulting and training to local authorization coordinators and process owners.

Guide external partners and SAP support teams.

• You have completed studies in computer science, information technology, or business informatics.
• You are experienced in working with international teams across different time zones.
• You understand the responsibility to follow guidelines and directives in a global environment.
• You have 5+ years of experience in user management, authorizations (S4, SAP cloud solutions).
• You are proactive and demonstrate professional communication skills with stakeholders.
• You are eager to learn about new SAP technologies, tools, and topics, and motivated to acquire this knowledge with your team.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish.
• We offer two days of home office per week.
• Applicants must have a valid and transferable work permit for Spain or the EU.
