A leading property consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant in Madrid to manage premium residential transactions. The role involves ensuring exceptional client service, driving transactions, and developing marketing strategies. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in the premium market and strong communication skills.

Formación

  • Minimum of five years' experience in the premium residential market in Madrid.
  • Fluent command of Spanish and English; ability in a third language is a plus.

Our Premium Properties department is pursuing a professional with solid experience, motivated to join our team in Madrid, reporting to Ana White, Premium Residential Properties Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure exceptional client service : Responsible for ensuring that every client interaction is an excellent experience, providing a personalised service focused on finding solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
  • Drive real estate transactions from start to finish : Lead the comprehensive management of property transactions, from identifying opportunities to successful completion; ensuring that each step of the process meets Knight Frank's established standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide professional solutions for successful agreements : Utilise a strategic and detailed approach to solve challenges and achieve positive outcomes for both owners and buyers, always maintaining a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Connect international markets from a global perspective of Knight Frank's business development.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships : Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, owners, buyers, and other key stakeholders in the property sector, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration and communication that contributes to Knight Frank's continuous growth in the premium market.
  • Coordinate the performance of the Residential Premium Properties Consultants team : Function as team coordinator, providing direction and guidance to optimise collective performance and ensure goal achievement.
  • Marketing vision : With a deep understanding of the premium market, the candidate is expected to provide a strategic vision in planning and executing marketing activities. This involves identifying emerging trends, analysing market data, and maintaining a relevant and competitive presence for properties on digital platforms and exclusive events.
  • 360º profile for product campaigns : Responsible for designing and executing comprehensive campaigns to promote exclusive properties in the market. This includes identifying unique property features, developing positioning strategies, and coordinating with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials.

This comprehensive approach ensures that the candidate not only manages high-level transactions but also plays a key role in marketing strategy and owner relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of five years' experience in the premium residential market in Madrid, and preferably, throughout Spain.
  • Academic background in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration (ADE) with specialisation in Property business , encompassing conceptual, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Exceptional skills in sales, communication , and negotiation.
  • Proactivity and proved ability to achieve outstanding results .
  • Loyalty, reliability, and meticulousness.
  • Fluent command of Spanish and English ; ability in a third language is a plus.
