NTT DATA Business Consulting focuses on strategic and transformational projects such as innovation, performance improvement, customer experience, digitalization, business analytics, and talent management across various sectors including industry, banking, public administration, utilities, insurance, and telecommunications.

We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to join our fast-growing team in the Industry vertical (including clients in FMCG, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, airlines, manufacturing, real estate, etc.) based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Your Role:

• Responsible for project delivery: develop and present project deliverables according to NTT DATA quality standards.
• Lead and support junior colleagues, distributing workloads and guiding the generation of deliverables and project documents.
• Support the development of commercial proposals with autonomy.
• Collaborate and coordinate within a diverse team, demonstrating listening, communication, and flexibility skills.

Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political Science, or similar.
• Master or equivalent educational background will be an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-paced environment (management consulting, investment banking, or similar).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
