Senior Consultant – Business Industry & Operations

NTT DATA Business Consulting specializes in strategic and transformational projects across various sectors including industry, banking, public administration, utilities, insurance, and telecommunications.

We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our expanding team in Madrid or Barcelona, focusing on the Industry vertical, including clients in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, airlines, manufacturing, and real estate.

Your role :

1. Manage project delivery by developing and presenting deliverables aligned with NTT DATA standards.
2. Lead and support junior team members, distribute workloads, and oversee the creation of project outputs.
3. Assist in developing commercial proposals independently.
4. Collaborate within diverse teams, demonstrating listening, communication, and flexibility skills.

Specific requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political Science, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting or investment banking.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
