Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT/technology strategy consulting, systems integration, or enterprise architecture.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Practical experience with cloud technologies and emerging tech trends.

What you will do :

• Create Impact for Our Client : Collaborate with colleagues and clients globally to solve complex business and IT challenges.
• Drive IT Strategy : Develop recommendations on technology strategy, infrastructure, and application modernization to lead work-streams and small projects (e.g., IT mergers, transformations, CIO / CISO / COO reorganizations).
• Client Assignments : Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights on application portfolios, infrastructure, and technology roadmaps. Own project deliverables, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, while leading small project teams to provide guidance and quality control.
• Grow and Take Ownership : Develop your technology, analytical, and business management skills by taking on increasing responsibility in IT strategy engagements and internal digital initiatives.
• Support Sales and Business Development : Contribute to compelling sales materials showcasing technology consulting capabilities. Develop proposals and support external communications and pitches for technology-driven engagements.

Your Profile :

• Relevant Experience : 3+ years of full-time professional experience, with a strong background in technology / IT strategy consulting , systems integration, or enterprise architecture. Ideally, you gained work experience in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up, a fast-growing company, top strategy consulting, or investment banking / venture capital / private equity.
• Background : Outstanding degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems , Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) from a top-tier university or an outstanding track record outside of university. Practical experience with infrastructure, applications, cloud technologies, AI or emerging tech trends is a strong plus.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages such as German are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit : Proactive, takes ownership, and prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive informed decision-making .
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
