THOST Project Management is seeking a skilled Scheduling Engineer to develop and manage schedules for large EPC or infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment. You will review contractor plans, analyse critical paths, and coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with German advantageous. The role emphasizes collaboration with the IMS Scheduling Specialist to ensure alignment with the Client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing construction schedules for complex building or infrastructure packages.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and improve schedules for assigned Construction packages.
• Review contractor schedules and monitor progress to ensure achievable delivery plans.
• Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestones and recovery scenarios.
• Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other stakeholders.
• Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings with clear analyses and recommendations.
• Identify scheduling risks and develop practical recovery strategies.
• Align package schedules with the Client Integrated Master Schedule with IMS Scheduling Specialist.
