Job summary

THOST Projektmanagement GmbH is seeking an experienced project manager for challenging construction projects in international settings. You will oversee planning, cost control, deadlines and quality while coordinating interface management between clients, investors and users.

The role requires engineering/architecture or commercial background with 2–7 years of PM experience in M&E, clean & dry rooms or fire protection installations. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering, architecture or commercial degree completed.
• Experience with permission processes and PM for Technical Building Equipment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for business purposes.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in clean & dry rooms or M&E or fire protection systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience with monument preservation and project coordination.
• Willingness to work in international locations worldwide.
