Job summary

Sani/Ikos Group seeks an experienced Project Director to oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects in our Property department. Report to the Property Senior Director Iberia, you will lead planning, design coordination, execution and completion, ensuring safety, on‑time delivery and alignment with the Group’s high standards.

Qualifications

• MSc in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full design and construction process from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate with the Main Contractor to plan works, monitor progress and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety codes and other standards.
• Prepare progress reports on milestones and risks.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Travel or relocate as required to meet business needs.
