Zusammenfassung

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager in Madrid to lead medium to large multi-regional Connected Devices programs across all clinical trial phases. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget and to sponsor satisfaction while conforming to SOPs and policies.

You will act as the primary sponsor contact, drive resource planning, guide cross-functional teams, monitor risks, manage finances, and communicate progress in meetings, while mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree Life science or health care related discipline.
• 5 years related experience as project manager in connected devices (preferably wearables).
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good ability to prioritize, schedule and organize.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Aufgaben

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver projects in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the customer.
• Serve as the primary contact for a given Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained and reporting schedules are adhered to.
• Drive resource planning and support the project team to ensure adequate resourcing of the project throughout its life cycle, referring to senior management for advice as appropriate.
• Lead the Connected Devices cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Track and supervise project progress, identify and evaluate project risks, and take corrective action as appropriate.
• Manage the project financials accurately and appropriately ensuring project goals are achieved according to customer’s expectations and within the scope of the project.
• Ensure that all deliverables are of the expected quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
• Conduct an ‘End of Project’ review meeting to ensure that all project activities have been completed in full.
• Keep Connected Devices leadership fully informed of any project issues that may impact quality, budget, and timeliness of project delivery to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new or junior project managers.
• Provide input to line managers on project team members’ performance relative to project tasks to aid career development.
