IQVIA Inc in Cataluña is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large multi-regional Connected Devices projects across clinical trial phases. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and sponsor satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, track progress, and report at meetings. A life sciences degree and 5 years in connected devices are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree life science or health care related discipline.
• 5 years related experience as project manager in connected devices (wearable devices preferred).
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong leadership and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver projects per Scope of Work.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact to ensure communication and reporting.
• Drive resource planning and support the project team throughout the life cycle.
• Lead cross-functional Connected Devices teams to deliver projects.
• Track progress, identify risks, and take corrective action.
• Manage project financials including revenue recognition and change orders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SOPs.
• Prepare and present project information at meetings.
• Conduct End of Project review to confirm completion.
• Keep leadership informed of issues impacting quality, budget, or timeliness.
