Neural Grader is seeking a Senior/Staff Computer Vision Engineer to lead the design and productionization of CV/ML systems for industrial clients. You will own end-to-end model development, from research to deployment, and shape the technical roadmap with a focus on robustness and maintainability.

The role requires 5+ years in CV/ML, strong Python and Java skills, and the ability to mentor engineers and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in CV/ML with production-grade CV systems.
• Experience in industrial research and translating research results into products.
• Experience building and architecting software systems.
• Experience with vibe coding.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Data-driven conclusions using statistical inference.
• Strong programming experience in Python and Java.
• Self-driven and able to carry complex, ambiguous projects to completion.
• Pragmatic and goal-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop reliable, scalable CV/ML models for object detection, segmentation, and classification from research to production.
• Drive research into state-of-the-art solutions to enhance robustness to OOD data and shape technical direction.
• Research, implement, and optimize CV and numerical algorithms to build/upgrade system components.
• Architect and build CV software systems, from microservices to rapid prototypes, setting engineering standards.
• Apply statistical methods and visualize data to monitor component and system performance.
• Pursue innovative approaches (Vibe Coding) ensuring robustness and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers, review research solutions and code, influence the product technical roadmap.
