Neural Grader seeks a Senior/Staff Computer Vision Engineer to design end-to-end ML models for object detection, segmentation, and classification, and own them from research to production in our startup-minded team.

You will lead projects, mentor engineers, explore World Models and Generative Models for robustness, build CV software, analyze data with dashboards, and help shape the technical roadmap for our carbon-reduction solutions for the lumber industry.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in industry in Computer Vision and ML.
• Experience shipping CV systems to production.
• Experience building and architecting software systems.
• Experience with vibe coding.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to draw data-driven conclusions using statistics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop ML models for detection, segmentation, and classification.
• Own models end-to-end from research to production.
• Research SOTA solutions to improve robustness to OOD data.
• Architect CV software systems and microservices.
• Develop dashboards to monitor component and production performance.
• Mentor engineers and influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate in small teams with startup mentality.
