Innovamat is seeking a Senior/Staff Computer Vision Engineer to join our team. You will design and deploy end-to-end ML models for object detection, segmentation, and classification, taking them from research to production.

You will drive robust CV research, optimize algorithms, build scalable microservices, and mentor engineers in a startup-friendly, international environment. If you thrive on data-driven analysis and Vibe Coding, this role offers significant impact and growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of industry experience in classical computer vision and machine learning.
• Experience translating research into production-ready products.
• Strong software engineering experience building large systems.
• Experience with vibe coding.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Data-driven with statistical inference.
• Strong programming in Python and Java.
• Self-driven and able to carry complex, ambiguous projects to completion.
• Pragmatic and goal-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and own ML models for detection, segmentation and classification from research to production.
• Drive research into robust CV solutions and OOD robustness; set technical direction.
• Research, implement and optimize computer vision and numerical algorithms.
• Architect and build broad CV software systems, including microservices and prototypes.
• Apply statistics and visualization tools to monitor component and production system performance.
• Engage in innovative, interdisciplinary development approaches (Vibe Coding).
• Mentor engineers, review research solutions and influence the product roadmap.
