As our new Senior Compliance Specialist for our product Enablement Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a compliance content library that sets the industry standard and in empowering our teams with the latest and most accurate compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

You will be joining our team of +140 people in rapid growth. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our product’s compliance with Spanish regulations.

• Own and maintain the Spanish compliance content library, ensuring accuracy and quality for our customers
• Adapt global resources to meet regulations, including DORA, NIS 2, AI Act, and Spanish frameworks such as LOPD, PBC, and ENS
• Keep the library updated with the latest compliance requirements and risks for the Spanish market
• Inform internal teams of updates, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
• Assist Sales and Customer Success teams during sales calls and onboarding with your compliance expertise
• Serve as a trusted advisor for our Product and Marketing teams

Qualifications And About You

• Knowledge or experience with GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and Spanish/European compliance frameworks
• Full responsibility for our compliance content library
• Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work full-time in our Madrid office
• Strong task completion, deadline management, and quality delivery skills
• Team-oriented with a supportive attitude
