Are you passionate about compliance and creating resources that ensure success across teams? Do you have a deep understanding of frameworks like DORA, ESG, NIS 2 & ISO 9001? If you enjoy taking ownership, working collaboratively, and leading the development of a best-in-class Portuguese & European compliance content library, this role is for you.

Important Job Information: We are ideally looking for someone who's able to work at our Madrid office. However, we could be open for placing the hire in our offices; Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Milano.

As our new Senior Compliance Specialist for our product Enablement Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a compliance content library that sets the standard for the industry and be the person who will be helping our different teams in empowering them with the newest and most accurate compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the Portuguese compliance content library, ensuring accuracy and quality to allow our customers to rely on us
  • Ensure the library reflects the latest compliance requirements for the Portuguese market and relevant frameworks, up-to-date risks considering the current environment and related policies
  • Keep internal teams informed of updates, helping them stay prepared and compliant and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Help our Sales and Customer Success team during sales calls and onboarding of customers with your compliance expertise
  • Be a trusted advisor for our Product and Product Marketing team

Qualifications and about you:

  • You ideally have knowledge or experience with working with the above-mentioned DORA, NIS 2 & ISO 9001 etc. and other both Portuguese and European regulatory frameworks related to compliance
  • You’re excited to take full responsibility for our compliance content library
  • Native in Portuguese and professional fluency in English
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a full-time position in our Madrid office or remote
  • You thrive on completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work
  • You value teamwork and fostering a supportive work environment

  • 60-Minute Online Interview: Second interview will be with our Head of GRC and other relevant stakeholders to dive deeper into the role and your experience.
  • 60-Minute In-Person Interview: Final discussion with our CTO and relevant stakeholders to ensure a perfect match.
