IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant to help shape patient experience in clinical studies. You will develop strategies and frameworks to improve patient engagement, adherence, and retention across studies, balancing research with practical implementation.

Formación

• 1 year experience in consulting/research in pharma/healthcare or a PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in pharma R&D, RWE/D, or patient digital technology is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to engage patients in studies.
• Support multiple projects balancing research and implementation.
• Produce high-quality strategic deliverables applying behavioral science and technology.
• Contribute to reports for client or executive leadership.
• Assist with business development and proposals.
