Strategic Client Partnerships

As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in forging and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our platform delivers maximum value to these clients, while also identifying growth opportunities that align with their business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive client engagement and satisfaction
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing consultative insights and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and improve the customer experience
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years' experience working with consumer panel data or SaaS / data products in the FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise clients or strategic accounts
  • Proven ability to drive commercial growth within existing customer portfolios
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
