A Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior team members to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• To liaise and collaborate with the project team to ensure that all contractual activities are completed efficiently and effectively
• To take ownership of maximizing commercial results
• To represent the company's best interests and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• To ensure that optimum commercial return is achieved for the project

Requirements :

Candidates must have 4+ years' professional experience in quantity surveying or a related discipline. A degree in quantity surveying or a related field is essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear explanations of complex data. Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
