Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house counsel, sole practitioner, or associate lawyer.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal legal databases and documentation.

Requirements

• A Master\'s degree in Law, with international education considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in business English and Spanish, with excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house counsel, sole practitioner, or associate lawyer in a reputable firm.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
