This role focuses on deploying and managing Commercial Excellence strategies across regions to enhance sales efficiencies and revenue generation. Ideal candidates should possess strong project management skills, a relevant degree, and experience in commercial environments.

Formación

  • Proven record of successful Commercial Excellence Experience.

  • Demonstrated excellence in program and project management.

Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst

As a Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst you will be in charge of deploying Commercial Excellence Priorities across R2 countries, ensuring execution and follow-up (including KPI) to support countries deliver the plans especially in terms of revenues and sales efficiencies. Commercial Excellence Priorities include Sales Force Efficiency, Opportunity Management, Business Intelligence actionability, Omnichannel approach, Marketing Automation, Launch Excellence and all related tools (e.g., CRM, BI dashboards, ordering tools...) to impact business results.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure execution of the ComEx Region 2 Strategy. Map Region 2 status.
  • Ensure ComEx standards of Priorities are well implemented across Region 2.
  • Support countries on ComEx implementations and follow-up of KPI.
  • Seek contributions and results of Priorities to revenues and / or sales efficiencies.
  • Foster and track data quality across the Region (this might relate to change management actions).
  • Leverage available BI and analytical tools (CRM, SAC, etc.) to guide execution and foster excellence of Priorities across the Region.
  • Lead specific Priority deployments -via ownership- in the Region 2.
  • Partner with ComEx Region colleagues for other Priorities, tools (CRM, SAC, Ordering...) and change management / cultural fostering of ComEx.
  • Propose process and business improvements -related to revenues and sales efficiencies- within ComEx Priorities or even outside.
  • Support the omnichannel strategy (visit, remote, digital...).

Requirements :

  • Economics degree or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience and further training measures.
  • Proven record of successful Commercial Excellence Experience (or closely related).
  • Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management and effectively managing multiple projects / priorities.
  • 3-5 years in Sales / Marketing / Commercial / Sales Excellence within leading companies.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project management and ComEx related tools usage (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of experience with Data Management.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination skills and capability to lead others (not being direct reports and even Senior Managers).
  • Presentation and communication skills as well as assertiveness.
  • Excellent skills and experience in data analysis.
  • Change Management Experience.
  • Knowledge of operating models / go-to-market / sales processes. Also Omnichannel approaches.
